Anthony Williams along with his wife Pastor DaRhonda Williams are the founders of Everlasting Covenant Church in Houston, Texas. Anthony although not operating as a licensed and ordained member of the clergy, has nevertheless helped establish and inspire an environment whereby people fully expect to receive God's transformational power in all aspects of their lives.
As a trainer of leaders both inside and outside of the church setting, Anthony has among other things, critically focused on helping others take inventory of their current expectations and compare those to the unchanging promises of God in the Bible. Anthony has been quoted as saying "Clearly, one definitive sign of a child of God is someone who lives their life in great expectation of what God will do."
Outside of church Anthony serves as Chief Legal Officer of an oil and gas service company with over 2200 employees worldwide. In this capacity Anthony is responsibility for managing all the legal affairs of the company, including but not limited to: (1) establishing ongoing strategic plans necessary and/or prudent to align legal requirements with overall business objectives; (2) assisting senior management in the development and execution of legally viable tactical plans and measures; and (3) developing strategic plans within the Legal Department relative to risk management, risk mitigation, negotiation, litigation, customer relations, employee resources, and operations support.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. Anthony and Darhonda have been married nine years and have one child, Olivia. |
